Loss or Missing Shipment Policy
For shipments without insurance, the maximum compensation provided by Barli for loss or missing packages will be ₹2,500 (Indian Rupees).
Claims above this amount will only be considered if the shipment was insured at the time of booking.
Barli is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities, arising from a lost shipment.
